He coached me on my responses and approach to the sensitive issues I was faced with and what I take away from the whole experience is a better understanding and a sense of objectivity if ever I should be have a similar encounter. My current onboarding process started very well (1 week) and then ended abruptly when my supervisor said he knew nothing about the official onboarding manual! They also forgot to order me a laptop which took 3 weeks to deliver after I&#039;d started. Being a technical role, that meant 3 weeks of not being able to truly get started.  Months later it has improved slightly, but not through following the process.]]></description>
